Hi, I’m Jenny.

My story is still being written, but I hope that what I can share of it can provide insight as to whether you feel we could be a good fit for your therapeutic needs.

My parents immigrated to America in the 80’s. Soon after, my sister and I were born. As the younger sister by almost five years, I experienced much of the negative dynamics my family endured through a filter of youth and the protection of my sister. Even still, my early life chapters are comprised of my parents’ tumultuous divorce, leading to my mother raising both my sister and me as a single parent.

I have learned a great deal through my life chapters and continue to do so as I grow as a therapist as well as in my other life roles, such as educator and supervisor. Through my education and my own work with therapy, I have been able to better understand my core values and how I strive to live them out every day.

I strongly identify as a lifelong learner and seek to apply that in every aspect of my life. Above all, my passion to work with people comes from my belief that every person is fundamentally good and deserves to be loved.

Outside of my therapy office, you can find me hanging with my pups and husband, going out to eat, tending to my plants, catching sunsets (first with my eyes then my phone), searching for secondhand goodies, reading self-help books, and plotting my next DIY house project!
